Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Casual carry out only concept. We ordered three meals. Chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, and Beef with broccoli Usually these choices are very basic, how can you screw it up. But they managed to. The chicken fried rice had a bland taste to it. It was inedible. I ended up dumping sweet and sour sauce on it to be able to stomach it. Then I found uncooked chicken in it. Yuck! No seasoning whatsoever. The Lo mein was very plain as well. With soy sauce it was ok. The beef with broccoli was decent, the beef was jello like. Crab rangoon was good. I liked it. We were in a hurry. We were told 15 minutes took 30. They were very busy. They had one cook and one order taker, so it might have been a bad night. But I would never go back.

food over filled with liquid smoke, no silverware after delivery and rude as hell on the phone, not now not again or ever, this place blows

Really good food, you can order and pay online, and they deliver! :) I am often given two extra egg rolls for free. My favorites are the crab Rangoon, egg rolls, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour chicken.

I go here all the time and my family loves it! I have tried many things on the menu and all have been great. I am a huge fan of their hot and sour soup and Crab Rangoon. The pad Thai is amazing as well. Very clean kitchen and I feel like they dont add MSG to their food because I have a sensitivity to it and have never had an issue with the food. I recommend this place to anyone!

I was visiting mom and she wasn't in the mood to go out for dinner. This place specializes in carry out Chinese and got a fairly good review in the local paper. If I hadn't grown up in the Dotte, I would probably find this place a little sketch. Nestled between Payday Cash Loans and a liquor store (be careful what door you open) it is easy to drive up and and get out in a hurry. When I arrived there was another newbie customer and a regular customer who didn't even have to place an order- they knew what he wanted! I placed the order and sat in the small waiting area where there were 2 chairs and 4 stools. The waiting area was freezing. They had a small space heater, but it wasn't turned on. I would have called in my order, but I couldn't find a phone number on the internet. You can see straight into the kitchen from the order counter and I found an odd comfort in that fact. The guy at the counter was super polite and even offered me a drink while I waited. The cook fired up the wok and the smoke was flying. My order was ready in about 7 minutes. When I got home I was surprised to see such large portions. One entree could easily be split between two people. Mom ordered a sweet and sour shrimp, which she really liked. I ordered kung pao chicken, which was perfectly spicy and surprisingly had more chicken then veggies! We each had soup, which we also could have split. I was really happy with the quality and the value. Good carry out on a lazy Sunday night!

Friendly and fast. Good food made fresh time after time. Best carry-out in KCK.

My wife's and my go-to place for carry out Chinese in the area. I live about 5-7 minutes away and when I leave within 5 minutes of calling in my order, it's almost always ready when I get there. I have had many dishes off the menu and they are all great. The veggies are super fresh and crisp and the meat is above average compared to most smaller Chinese places. The value is also really good; if you get the dinner servings you're good for a couple meals unless you're REALLY hungry, and I rarely break $20 for two dinners, crab rangoons, and egg drop soup. Never really had any negative experiences except for the one time they forgot to include the sweet and sour sauce for our crab rangoons, but sh*t happens. Otherwise this place is always top notch!

I found this place to be just okay... Not the greatest. It's quick if you want to something other than hamburgers or chicken. I found that the price to be a little high. Decent size portions. I don't like crab ragoon but my husband does he said they were good! I would only eat there if I just wanted something different bc they are close to my home.

My husband and I both love this place! We got it after a friend suggested them and it's our go to Chinese food. I get the shrimp and veggies while my husband gets the general Tao's chicken (extra spicy). If you pick up its ready fast and we haven't seen horrible wait times either. Plus, they've always been super nice! If you want some good Chinese food that doesn't cost a lot check them out!

I live near this place and used to order the General Tao's tofu. The food is ok for the price but the service is absolutely horrendous. My roommate and I have ordered delivery several times and we didn't receive it for over an hour and a half. Today, we ordered food at 11am (when they open) and called to check in at 12 only to find out that the owners had just walked in the door. They refused to give us a discount and hadn't even started the order. Don't go to this place!

We just moved to the area and I thought this place looked a little too scary to try but my husband couldn't wait to try it and it really wasn't bad. He had beef fried rice and there was enough in the order to last several days. The egg drop soup tasted good but had an odd light greenish tint which scared me (although I kept eating it for some reason and I survived). All in all a perfectly serviceable choice in a pinch.

Fast service. Called in order and got exactly what I ordered in the time they said it would be ready. Food is great. Staff is very friendly. Parking is a little cramped , but you get in and out so fast it doesn't really matter.

The food is average. If you get takeout make sure you check your order before you leave. We have been shorted multiple times. We have received other peoples orders with delivery. Like I said, food isn't bad but the service is lacking.

Delicious. The extra meat is overflowing in container if ordered. Delivery was slow especially since I live a few blocks away but was worth the wait.

Visited place while in KC. I was actually impressed. We were all pleased with out meals and the place was clean. One complaint, they are very, very slow. We waited for 30 minutes or more for our take out order and they weren't busy

Great little place, delicious food. We order from there when we want Chinese but don't feel like dining in. We live right down the street so we call in the order, by the time we get there It's ready to go. The Orange chicken is super yummy. The lady that works the counter is super nice.

Great place for quick and easy chinese food in Kansas City, KS. Kung Pao chicken is awesome, and their hot and sour soup is good. Service is super quick and they alway get it right, and usually agree on any special request. Great for quick lunch or pickup for dinner. They even deliver to local businesses.
